Goal setting
is absolutely essential

Quick training
programs are based upon typical race goals.

Here's what you

A customized
training plan based on questionnaire
answers
you provide.
Weekly E-mail
feedback about
how your training went. You file a short weekly report to the
coach
and he or she responds with comments, observations, and tips based upon
your report. (See sample
report for a demonstration of how this works.)
Additional
E-mail access (up
to 2 more queries per week) to the coach for any questions you have
along
the way. The target turnaround time for your e-mail is 24 hours.
