Run Quick Programs 
 

Goal setting is absolutely essential for peak performance. Accordingly, all Run Quick training programs are based upon typical race goals.

Here's what you get with each program:

    A customized training plan based on questionnaire answers you provide.

    Weekly E-mail feedback about how your training went.  You file a short weekly report to the coach and he or she responds with comments, observations, and tips based upon your report.  (See sample report for a demonstration of how this works.) 

    Additional E-mail access (up to 2 more queries per week) to the coach for any questions you have along the way. The target turnaround time for your e-mail is 24 hours.

    Monthly training plan evaluations - an adjusted training plan if required.

    A customized race plan for meeting your time goal

    Practical advice about footwear choice, pre-race nutrition, tapering, and other tricks of the trade needed to hit a peak performance.

Now here's what you are really getting:
    Motivation for when you're down and an objective voice of reason for when you are pushing too hard.

    Commitment to your goal. If you are paying for the service and investing the time filing a weekly report, you are more apt follow through with your plan.
