Running Out of Time?  


f I were to give most people one piece of advice about improving their running, I'd simply say "run more."  Does this mean run longer? Yes, it does, but more importantly, it means run more frequently and more consistently. 

Here a number of tips, to 

1. Run in the morning before work.

2. Run at lunch.

3. Run to or from work.

4. Double up on days when you have more time.

5. Stretch or do a few weights when you're watching TV.

6. Run indoors or on the treadmill.

7. Run from the front door.

8 . Run alone.

9. Did I say, "Run in the morning before work?"  Sorry, but this one needs repeating.  Moreover, morning running has an added bonus - it's good practice for
